Made with home grown Arnica, Comfrey, and wild harvested Tūpākihi.

Arnica : as significant anti-inflammatory and mild pain relieving qualities. It is great for bruises, strains, or sprains. This potent herb encourages healing and reduces pain and swelling, and also relieves sore and aching muscles.

Comfrey: contains a special substance called allantoin, which is a cell proliferative—this means it makes cells grow faster. This is one of the reasons why comfrey-treated bones knit so fast, wounds mend so quickly, and burns heal with such little scarring.

Tūpākihi: is a traditional māori rongoā used to knit together broken bones and hairline fractures.  Tūpākihi works effectively and rapidly to relieve deep bone and muscular pain - arthritis, muscle, tendon and nerve pain, sprains and strains, bruising, tenseness, varicose veins, gout and rheumatism.

Blended together with potent essential oils of Ginger, Turmeric, and Evergreen. Brings a little bit of heat to the balm, that does not intensify over time.

Ginger: a potent Ayurvedic medicine which helps reduce muscle pain and soreness. It contains anti-inflammatory compounds and gingerols, which have analgesic and sedative effects.

Turmeric: another ancient Ayurvedic medicine which helps reducing inflamation and muscle damage. It contains curcumin, a polyphenol with anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and pain-relieving properties.

“I have been using the muscle balm for some months now. I have a nerve and muscle injury on my forearm which keeps me up at night. The muscle balm has been very helpful with lessening the pain I experience and found it much easier to sleep if I use the muscle palm before I tuck in for the night” -Andy , age 65

Directions: Massage a small amount of muscle rub into sore areas until completely absorbed. You may experience a warming/cooling sensation on the skin which will not intensify after application, and then begin to subside leaving an enduring warmth. Keep away from eyes, mouth, or open sores. Wash hands after use.
