Known for their distinctive colour which creates a vibrant blue infusion. These flowers are filled with anti-inflammatory compounds, and are particularly high in anthocyanin, a type of antioxidant also found in blueberries. Anthocyanin is known for its strong anti-microbial and anti-bacterial properties, and so many numerous other benefits. 

Uses: hot and cold tea infusions. The blue colour changes into a lighter pink/purple when lemon is added, or red if hibiscus is added (colour changes occur as the pH balance is shifted) - A fun colourful uplifting beverage !
