Mā Tī. A herbal earthy DETOX tea blend. A “true alkaline” tonic for blood purification. A staple in our whare. Now more than ever is an important time to nourish your body with essential minerals and nutrient rich herbs. For any times of un-wellness, during a detox/fasting, or whenever your body feels depleted and needs grounding.

Brewing Instructions: This is a “decoction” so I wouldn’t recommend a usual tea brew for this blend, as it won’t be effective in extracting the active constituents of the herbs, especially the roots. Instead combine 1-2 heaped tablespoons of the blend with 700ml - 1L filtered water into a pot, bring to a boil. Immediately switch heat down to a simmer, place a lid on the pot, and leave brew to simmer on lowest setting for between 30 minutes - 1 hour. Strain off or keep the herbs and enjoy the warm herbal brew, always saving some for the next day in the fridge.

Ingredients: Dandelion root, Burdock root, Moringa, Nettle, Red clover, Marshmellow.
